Halloween Musketeer Mayhem

The dashing Comte de Rochefort and his exquisite "lady", members of the Cardinal's court, and archenemy of D'Artagnan and his fellow Musketeers.

This painting was made just prior to an epic clash with The Four Musketeers that was instigated by Milady de Winter.

 

The Comte valiantly duels with D'Artagnan.

The ever confident D'Artagnan plunging his sword.

 The priestly appearing Aramis is not above using candy on the innocent, especially women like Mademoiselle Rochefort.

Athos sneaks a wary peek at the dinner prepared by the Lady de Winter and the Comte. "Can I trust this food?  Am I sober?", Athos asks himself.
