Trip to St. Paul: Part One

Last Thursday, Gail and I flew to St. Paul, Minnesota, to spend some time with Nick and Cassidy.  First stop was the San Diego International Airport where we saw several items of interest.

Between the human restrooms was this pet restroom.  Nifty!

There was an exhibit of 9 ceremonial yarn paintings of the Huichol and Tepeuano communities south of the border.

We loved the melding of nature symbols and the stunning colors.  We arrived in St. Paul that evening and had a yummy dinner by Cassidy with home brew by Nick - a most pleasant start to the visit!  We met Kirby and Kato, and enjoyed Nick's and Cassidy's display of plates and artwork.
