Cinco de Mayo

We had our very own and first Cinco De Mayo celebration on Saturday. 

Out of my comfort zone in the cucina, I made slow simmered hot sauce and enchiladas.

Despite my worried expression, I soon discovered the joy of cooking!

Patio dining was the plan, but by the time all was ready, it became too cool for outside.  Yummy D was ready, though.
