Splish Splash in Our Bird Bath

We put a bird bath in our backyard a few weeks ago and it seems to be a hit.

A Northern Mockingbird goes bottoms up.

A California Towhee and Hooded Oriole share a bath.

A House Finch and Gold Finch taking a dip, also.

And lastly, a White-crowned Sparrow appreciating the new water feature.  We're loving "our" birds!

Those hooded orioles are something else! We haven't seen any yet this spring. They seem to hang around our place in fall to eat the nectarines and figs!

We have bunnies in our yard almost every morning. The kids love watching them while they eat breakfast.
